Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed on the cook line: Sliced tomatoes (58F - Cold Holding); Coleslaw (58F - Cold Holding). Operator state$ they had been out for approximately 1hr. Operator placed them deeper in the cooler and iced them.
Soap dispenser at handwash sink not working/unable to dispense soap. Observed their cook line soap dispenser not functioning. Operator instructed their employees to use their other stocked hand sink.
Single-service articles not stored inverted or protected from contamination. Observed multiple single service containers not inverted. Operator inverted them.

Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Bus tubs stored on the hand washing sink next to the smoker. Employee removed the bus tubs.
