Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. 0ppm, operator called for service during inspection and set up 3 compartment sink to manually sanitize.
Hand wash sink not operational near ice machine. Operator states parts just came in and is in process of being repaired.
