Observed fresh olive oil and garlic used at pasta stations left at room temperature front service pasta line. No written plan per Manager time 12pm -2pm less than 4 hours given time plan at time of inspection.
Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed piece of old debris left on the slicer located on the main cook line.
