Dented/rusted cans present. See stop sale. Observed a dented can of collard greens on the shelf in the main prep area. Observed inside the refrigerated prep area inside crates: dented 4 cans of apple sauce and 2 cans of diced peaches. Operator removed all cans.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed chlorine sanitizer bucket stored on a table by clean cutting boards. Discussed with the operator the proper storage of sanitizer buckets. Observed the operator move the chlorine sanitizer bucket to the bottom shelf of the table.
Wiping cloth sanitizer solution exceeds the maximum concentration allowed. Sanitizer Bucket (Chlorine 100+ppm) on a prep table in the main prep area. Observed the operator prepare another sanitizer bucket (Chlorine 100ppm)
Food stored on floor. Observed crates with milk stored on the floor inside the outside refrigerated cooler.

During the time of the inspection, observed 6 employees working, certified manager Jonathan Douek, arrived during the inspection. Inspector advised operator, a certified food service manager on duty with four or more employees engaged in food preparation/handling.
Ice buildup in walk-in cooler/walk-in freezer. Observed ice build-up on the walk in freezer floor. Observed employee hose down the ice during the inspection.
