Employee with artificial nails/nail polish working with exposed food without wearing intact gloves. Only food handler on site with fake nails making orders for customers and making Italian ice in prep area without gloves, employee put on gloves.
Single-service articles improperly stored. Box of single use cups on floor in prep area.
