Observed accumulation of black and green mold-like substance inside the ice machine, particularly around the ice dispenser area. The substance is not in contact with the ice. The ice machine is currently broken, and the operator is using purchased ice. Advised the operator to thoroughly clean the ice machine before adding any new ice.
The interior of both microwaves in the kitchen had an accumulation of grease and food debris. The operator cleaned both microwaves.
