Identity of food or food product misrepresented. Observed printed menu offering Gulf Grouper. Box product packed in labeled packed in Fort Lauderdale, FL product of India. Discussed proper wording on menu necessary. Provided up to date Industry bulletin regarding misrepresentation.

Observed commercially packaged fish in reach in cooler thawing inside reduced oxygen packaging. Provided Operator with proper thawing process for reduced oxygen commercially packaged fish via e-mail.
