Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Observed an employee cell phone stored on a shelf above the slicer. The cell phone was properly stored.
Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry in the mop bucket. The operator proctored the wet mop.

Wiping cloth chlorine sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength. Observed wiping cloth chlorine sanitizer at 0ppm. The operator discarded and refilled the solution to 100ppm.

Clean equipment/dishware/utensils stored next to handwash/food preparation sink exposed to splash. Observed a cutting board stored next to handwashing sink exposed to splash. The operator removed the cutting board from the handwashing sink.
Equipment in poor repair. Observed the door handle for the reach in freezer repaired with duct tape.
