Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Cleaning chemicals were stored directly above boxes of food-handler gloves in the outside storage area. Educated Manager that gloves are a food-contact surface and should be stored protected from potential contamination.
In-use ice cream scoops stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Employee removed.
Silverware/utensils stored upright with the food-contact surface up at the server station. Employee turned around so that food contact surface was down.
