Per operator shelf mix of employee personal food and food for customers. Discussed with operator making one shelf for employee personal food. Operator relocated the raw shell eggs.
No proof of required state approved employee training provided for any employees. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. At time of inspection unable to provide proof of training for food handling employees.
Well water testing report/documentation is not available upon request. Unable to provide most recent well water test report.
