Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed their pizza oven hand sink with dirty dishes inside and the it bar hand sink with ice inside. Operator removed the items.
No measuring device available for measuring utensil surface temperature when using hot water as sanitizer in a dishmachine. Observed no device for measuring their high temp dish machine.
No proof of required state approved employee training provided for employee hired more than 60 days ago. Observed 9 employees handling food for over 60 days without their approved training.
Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Observed their ice machine with black and pink buildup.

Observed commercially reduced oxygen packaged fish not removed from its packaging before thawing. Operator willingly disposed of the product.
No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Observed two hand wash sinks missing their signs.
Time/temperature control for safety food packaged using a reduced oxygen method without a HACCP plan not properly labeled with the production time and date. Observed reduced oxygen packaged beef held for 24hrs not labeled. Operator labeled them.
