Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. 0ppm chlorine. Operator states dishmachine was ran throughout the day and a test strip was not used to make sure the sanitizer was at proper ppm. The sanitizer was empty, but the manager grabbed sanitizer from the other dishmachine in the bar area. Dishmachine ran 50ppm.
Raw animal food stored over or with ready-to-eat food in a freezer - not all products commercially packaged. Raw shell eggs stored over romaine and dressing in reach in cooler in warewashing area. Operator relocated to bottom of the cooler.
