Observed : the time mark for the pizza sauce was not in place. An adjusted sticker for 3 hours was added.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed : purple cleaner in a spray bottle, stored on a rack with clean glasses at the bar. This was moved to the floor.
Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. Observed : the mop sink faucet has a splitter, the hose attached does not have a back flow, the other side is unused.
