Observed Bagel burger (125F - Hot Holding) inside hot holding unit next to cashier machine at front counter. As per operator for less than 4 hours. Operator increased the temperature of the hot holding unit during inspection.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed coffee ice cubes stored inside hand wash sink next to coffee grinder machine at front counter preparation area. Operator removed and discarded coffee ice cubes at the time of inspection.
