Observed butters overstacked above chill line in container. Per employee container refilled approximately 45 minutes. Employ removed overstacked portioned to reach in cooler to rechill.
Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. Splitter on mop sink with attached hose missing vacuum breaker. Engineering called and vacuum breaker installed.
