Pan of cut lettuce with date mark of 9/4 inside top of refrigerated make-table in bar area. Stop sale issued. 3. Pan of cut cantaloupe with date mark of 9/4 on shelf inside walk-in cooler. Stop sale issued.
Non-food grade paper/paper towel used as liner for food container. Napkin stored in direct contact with cut lettuce inside top of refrigerated make-table in bar area. Manager discarded napkin and lettuce during this inspection.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Two spray bottles containing a chemical cleaner stored on shelf in bar area directly above box containing popcorn kernels. Manager removed both spray bottles from shelf during this inspection.
Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Cutting board at make-table in bar area stained.
No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. No towels at handwash sink in bar area. Manager replenished towels during this inspection.
