Employee handled soiled equipment or utensils and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Employee brought a soiled pot to dishwasher area, then changed gloves and grabbed a clean plate to complete customer order. After manager instructed employee, gloves were discarded, employee washed hands and put in new pair of gloves.
