Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. raw chicken (47F - Cold Holding); cooked wing (48F - Cold Holding); raw pork (46F - Cold Holding); sliced tomato (50F - Cold Holding); diced tomato (50F - Cold Holding) in reach in cooler in cook line. Owner stated food was that reach in cooler less than 2 hours. Operator removed all time, temperature control for safety food to walk in freezer to cool down quickly
Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Soda gun soiled and black mold like substance in bar. Operator cleaned it during inspection Cutting board stained
No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. No paper towels and soap in both of indoor and outdoor bar. Operator refilled them all

Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared onsite and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked. Banana pudding, chili, cooked chicken and cooked pork in reach in cooler no date marking overd 24 hours. Manager marked them all.
Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable. Two cutting board grooved and no longer cleanable on perp cooler in kitchen
Employee with no beard guard/restraint while engaging in food preparation. Employee without beard guard engaged food preparation, manager gave him one and he put it on

Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Dishwasher was not pumping sanitation properly the chlorine and detergent. Not pumping through tubes. Three compartment sink was fully functional with quaternary sanitation.
Unable to issue license due to dish machine not sanitizing properly.Operator must obtain a public food service license from the Division of Hotels and Restaurants within 60 days.
