Single-service articles improperly stored. Observed single serve containers stored on the floor Operator stored SS containers 6 inches above the floor.
Wet wiping cloths used for occasional spills on equipment food- and nonfood-contact surfaces not clean. Observed on top of prep tables. Operator replaced soiled cloths with clean ones.
