Nonfood-grade bags used in direct contact with food. Observed raw chicken in non food grade bags in reach in cooler to the right of front counter. Also observed empanadas stored in non food grade bags in freezer across from three compartment sink.
No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. Observed no quaternary test strips available during time of inspection.
Clean glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner. Observed single use bowls and plates above front counter not inverted. Operator stored properly.
In-use knife/knives stored in cracks between pieces of equipment. Observed knife between front counter and reach in cooler. Operator removed knives.
