Food-contact surfaces soiled: The soda gun at the bar was soiled with a mold-like substance. The fans in the reach-in refrigerator had dust and a mold-like substance. The gaskets inside the reach-in cooler and the cutting board also had a mold-like substance. The operator cleaned the soda gun at the bar and the inside gaskets of the reach-in cooler.
No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. Chlorine test strips expired.
