Observed garlic butter sauce (49F - Cold Holding); seafood mix (50F - Cold Holding); cooked chicken (51F - Cold Holding); ham (51F - Cold Holding); boiled eggs (51F - Cold Holding); shrimp (50F - Cold Holding); beef (50F - Cold Holding) stored in the walk in cooler, as per operator noticed temperature was high at 12pm, called technician and are working on the unit at the moment. Items were transferred to walk in freezer until unit is at correct temperature.
