Container of medicine improperly stored. A bottle of probiotics for kids stored next to a stack of white foam hinged containers on the shelf above the white refrigerator. The medicine was removed.
Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Hard boiled eggs 46F in the top section of the reach in cooler. The product was put on ice.
