Person in charge confirmed beef and vegetables were heat treated on the 14th, cooled over night, then packaged on the 15th. Date markings were updated with date of preparation.

Per person in charge potatoes were removed from walk-in cooler to help make room for delivery truck 30 mins prior. Potatoes were cooked day prior and have been in walk-in cooler since. Operator had employees continue to run dish through but added that employee sanitize in triple sink.
