Establishment has no written procedures for employees to follow in response to a vomiting or diarrheal event where the vomit or diarrhea is discharged onto surfaces in the establishment. Provided the operator with the DBPR HR form 5030-104. The operator posted.
Food-contact surfaces: The can opener was soiled with food debris, the fan in the walk-in cooler in the kitchen area was soiled with dust, and the soda gun in the bar area was soiled with slime. The operator cleaned the can opener and the soda gun.
No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths.
The handwash sink was being used for purposes other than handwashing. A metal bowl was found in the hand sink near the walk-in cooler. The operator later removed the bowl.
Food is being stored on the floor. Several boxes of vegetables are on the ground in the walk-in cooler in the kitchen.
Interior of microwave has accumulation of grease/food debris. The microwave on the right side of the kitchen by the prep area. The operator cleaned the microwave.
