Time/temperature control for safety food thawed in an improper manner. Frozen boxes of raw shrimp, raw fish, and corn on the cob sitting out around prep areas, employee reheated corn on the cob, raw fish placed under cold running water, and employees began to prep raw shrimp to be placed in cooler after preparation.
