Observed the following items Sour Cream (51F - Cold Holding); Hot Dog (57F - Cold Holding) above 41F in reach in cooler. Operator stated it was out for a little over 30 minutes. Observed Tapioca Boba (80F - Cold Holding) at room temp on back counter. Operator placed reach in cooler items in walk in cooler. Time plan emailed to operator.
Water with a temperature of least 85 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink. Observed no water at handwashing sink next to ice machine. Operator turned water on.

Observed in their make table: Pork (50F - Cold Holding); Chopped lettuce (53F - Cold Holding); Sliced cheese (53F - Cold Holding). Operator stated they struck the cooler approximately 3hrs ago. Operator placed the items in the walk in cooler.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed their both hand sinks blocked. Operator cleared them out.
No color/concentration comparison chart available for chemical test kit used to check sanitizer. Observed no test kit for their chlorine triple sink.
