Manager stated chicken placed in cooler one hour prior to temperature being taken. Manager added ice to ice bath to reduce the temperature to 41F.

Container of medicine improperly stored. Observed: Advil stored over sauces in the blue chest cooler. The Advil was moved below. ALSO, the bottle of dish/hand soap was stored over the sanitizer sink.
Wiping cloth solution exceeding the maximum concentration allowed stored in a location that could result in the cross contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens, single-service, or single-use articles. Observed: the chlorine sanitizer strip turned black, over 400 ppm. Water was added to reduce to 200 ppm.
