Employee on duty that washes dishes unaware of location of three compartment sink or proper dish washing procedure. Inspector educated employee on setting up three compartment sink and washing dishes.
Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. White flaking material observed on in use ice cream scoops. Employee washed, rinsed, and sanitized ice cream scoops at time of inspection.
