Shell eggs in use or stored with cracks or broken shells. See stop sale. In bottom of four drawer unit under cook station, 3 raw shell eggs with cracked shells stored with whole raw shell eggs. Employee discarded eggs and washed remainder of whole eggs.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Sanitizer bucket in prep area on cart next to clean plates. Manager moved bucket away from plates.
