Food not stored at least 6 inches off of the floor. Observed a prep tables bottom shelf is touch the floor in one corner and there is different foods on the shelf.
In-use utensil in non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container. Observed a measuring cup handle touching the quinoa. The manager removed the cup.

Employee cracked raw shell eggs and then handled ready-to-eat food and/or clean equipment or utensils without washing hands. Observed the cook crack two raw shell eggs and then grabbed a banana. I stopped her before she peeled the banana and had her wash her hands.
Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed the cook finish an order and remove gloves and put on new gloves. I explained that she needs to wash her hands each time she puts on new gloves when changing tasks.

Observed the dishwasher touching dirty dishes and then clean dishes without washing her hands. I spoke to the manager and she had the employee rewash the dishes and wash her hands.
