Establishment has no written procedures for employees to follow in response to a vomiting or diarrheal event where the vomit or diarrhea is discharged onto surfaces in the establishment.
Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed can opener soiled across cook line. Employee took to three compartment sink to be clean.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed sponge at hand sink front counter. Employee removed.
