Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Raw shell eggs above ready to eat bagged cheese in reach in flip top cooler. Operator corrected at time of inspection.
Menu contains an item made with a raw/undercooked animal food as an ingredient and description of item does not inform consumer of raw/undercooked animal food ingredient. Salmon that states on the package that it is cold smoked is served raw/undercooked. There is no disclosure or reminder next to the consumer advisory and next to the food item. Operator is to place an asterisk next to the consumer advisory on the menu, and an asterisk next to the raw/undercooked animal product on the menus. There is a menu board, paper menus and a menu posted on the counter.
