Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. -sliced cheese 45°f, feta cheese 45°f, chopped ham 44°f, sliced tomato 45°f, cut lettuce 47°f in coolers at front counter. In cooler 1 hour. -greek yogurt at 45°f in cooler. Advised operator to add ice around yogurt container.
Handwash sink removed from dishwashing area. Must be reinstalled in the same location where removed.
