Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Observed raw beef stored above empanadas inside the walk in freezer. Operator placed empanadas on top of the shelf.
Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed pork belly (50 F - Cold Holding); beef (47 F - Cold Holding). As per employee foods were placed since last night. Stop sale was issued.

At the time if the inspection observed raw shrimp, raw pork belly, and raw beef stored in the walk in freezer using ROP.According to operator, up to 30 days.
