Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. hot dogs (66F - Cold Holding) stored on counter next to cooking equipment. Employee stated he had the hot dogs out for only about 15 minutes. Employee placed hot dogs on the hot dog roller to reheat.
