Employee switched from working with raw food to ready-to-eat food without washing hands. Employee grabbed raw hamburger then changed gloves and grabbed cheese, explained to him and he let the cheese get to 155f on hamburger, he washed hands
Hot water takes too long to reach handwash sink resulting in employees using only cold water to wash their hands. Employee washed hands with 75f water and then scooped foods, explained to her and she washed again, water took a while to get hot
