Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Observed employee personal open bottle water on top preparation table at cook line. Employee removed and stored in assigned area.
Food stored on floor. Observed plastic bucket with coffee beans being stored on the floor behind front counter. Manager removed and stored properly.

Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Observed mop being stored inside mop bucket next to 3 compartment sink. Manager removed and stored properly.

Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. Observed an employee at kitchen area wearing a bracelet while engaging in food preparation.
Food stored on floor. Observed plastic bottles stored on the floor at dry storage.
In-use knife/knives stored in cracks between pieces of equipment. Observed three knives stored between reach in units.
Single-service articles improperly stored. Observed to go items stored on floor at dry storage.
