Employee with no hair restraint while engaging in food preparation. Observed employee with long hair, employee hair was touching the cutting board in food preparation area, operator had employee put hair restraint on and cleaned and sanitized cutting board.
In-use utensil in non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container. Observed handle of scoop down in container of sugar next to drive thru, operator removed scoop.

Time/temperature control for safety food thawed in an improper manner. Observed a container of frozen raspberries on the sink in the back of kitchen improperly being thawed, operator turned on water.

No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Observed no handwashing sign in the employees bathroom.
Open dumpster lid.
Single-service articles improperly stored. Observed coffee filters out in the open on a shelf, operator had them put them in a bag.
Unnecessary items stored in garbage enclosure. Observed mirrors, paint cans and other items in the garbage enclosure.
Unwrapped single-service utensils not presented so that only the handles are touched. Observed at the front counter single service spoons were not handle up, operator corrected.
