Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Upon inspection, observed 0 PPM chlorine reading at dishmachine. Manager was able to correct dishmachine sanitizer during inspection and 50 PPM reading was observed.
