Single-use gloves not changed as needed after changing tasks or when damaged or soiled. Observed Team Member arranging mops and brooms at the mop sink with gloved hands. Team Member then began to portion corned beef at the prep table. Inspector stopped Team Member before any food was contaminated. Team Member then washed hands and changed gloves prior to portioning meat.

In-use utensil used with moist food stored in running water with insufficient velocity to flush food particles away. The four-compartment dipper well at the front of the custard machine was observed to have very low water flow. Two nozzles were barely dripping into one of the compartments containing scoops. Manager increased water velocity to effectively flush away debris.

Employee switched from working with raw food to ready-to-eat food without washing hands. Employee cooking burgers handled raw ground beef then utensils and ready-to-eat burger buns and cheese. Spoke with operator and employee about proper handwashing and glove usage, employee properly washed hands and changed gloves before returning to work.
