Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Fish 48F - retemp 41F and Batter 52F - retemp 41F at batter station next to fryer. Manager put fish and batter in freezer to bring both into temperature. Cole slaw 48F - retemp 41F, Butter 61F - retemp 41F and Sour cream 58F - retemp 41F at front counter service station. Manager put ice in butter, Cole slaw and sour cream containers.
Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. Observed splitter missing vacuum breaker.
Handwash sink does not have enough water pressure to properly wash hands. Observed sink in women's restroom, closest to the door, does not have enough water pressure.
