Cut tomatoes (74F - Cold Holding); Mozzarella cheese (73F - Cold Holding) stored in a small reach in cooler next to the cook line. Manager stated the cheese and tomatoes were stored in the reach in cooler overnight. The tomatoes and mozzarella cheese were the only perishable items in the reach in cooler. Manager discarded the items.
