As per operator the container was opened one and a half hours ago. Operator moved the product to the walk in cooler for rapid cooling.

Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times by a dough mixing machine. One located next to work station. Operator used another hand wash sink to wash hands.
Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. Observed the employee wearing watch. Operator removed the watch.
