Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed soap and hand sanitizer stored in handwashing sink, Operator moved items to appropriate location.
Mobile food dispensing vehicle license number not permanently affixed on the side of the unit in figures at least 2 inches high and in contrasting colors from the background of the vehicle. Observed missing license numbers with 2 inch stickers,contrasting colors on side of the food truck, discussed with operator he said he will have them put on this week.
Nothing was found. The inspector recorded no violations at all.
