Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Container of stainless steel polish wipes stored on shelf directly beside boxes of condiments below front counter. Manager removed the stainless steel wipes from the shelf during this inspection.
Clam/mussel/oyster tags not marked with last date served. 19 oyster tags on spike without last date served written on tag. Inspector reviewed the oyster tag process with manager during this inspection.
Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Employee drink cup stored in table beside clean pans and microwave at cookline. Manager removed the drink from the table during this inspection.
Grease receptacle/dumpster not on proper pad/nonabsorbent surface. Dumpster sitting directly on soil behind building.
No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. No handwash sign at handwash sink in restroom.
Outer openings not protected during operation and vermin and/or environmental cross contamination present. Back door of kitchen propped open, one fly observed crawling on wall inside kitchen at cookline. Manager closed the door during this inspection.
Wiping cloth quaternary ammonium compound sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength. Sanitizer Bucket (Quaternary 500+ppm). Manager diluted the sanitizer with water, then 200ppm.

Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Floor in water heater closet soiled either dirt and debris. Manager swept the area during this inspection.
