Nonfood-grade bags used in direct contact with food. Plastic grocery bags used to store plantains inside the upright freezer. Operated provided freezer bags.
Food being cooled by nonapproved method as evidenced by inadequate rate of cooling during time of inspection. Pans more than 4 inches deep Pans covered and stacked. Provided the operator with the educational packet.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Cooking pots inside the hand washing sink. The items were removed.
