Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed hot held hot dogs 125F and chili 109F. Per manager heated up items at 9:30am. New temperatures at 11:30am: hot dogs 141F, chili 138F.
