Employee touched face/hair and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Female employee at food pass thru touched face then picked up salad without washing hands.
Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. Splitter added on mop sink with no back flow prevention device located on hose connection side. On off valve is in place.
Pet dog permitted in outdoor dining area without local ordinance allowing pet dogs in outdoor dining areas. Customer brought in two small dogs, inspector alerted manager and she asked customers to exit building and dine with animals on patio. Also, employees did not ask customers if the animals were service animals.
Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. Female employee wearing watch. Taken off during this inspection.
Ice bucket/shovel stored improperly between uses. Ice bucket not inverted. Flipped over.
Unwashed fruits/vegetables stored with ready-to-eat food. Case of unwashed tomatoes on shelf over bins of strawberries. Moved.
