Interior of refrigerator or freezer in disrepair/has exposed insulation. Observed sliding door reach in freezer in kitchen with lid in disrepair.

Wall soiled with accumulated grease, food debris, and/or dust. Observed wall above sink in ice cream area with accumulation of food debris.
Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Observed hand washing sink drain pipe leaking into bucket-kitchen entrance.
